Democrat Gina Raimondo , who is running for General Treasurer,  will be holding a money school for Rhode Islanders.  The school will focus on "strategies for saving money, setting and meeting financial goals, understanding credit and debt and knowing where to access resources." 

     This sounds like an interesting idea.  As a Providence resident, I hope she sent invitations to Mayor David Cicilline, along with members of the General Assembly.  I can't think of anyone more in need of financial education than them.
