I would like to congratulate Ken Block and the Moderate Party on a partial victory yesterday in U.S. District Court.  The party will still be required to collect signatures equal to 5% of the voter turnout in the last election, but they can begin collecting them right away, rather than having to wait until January 1st.  If you are offered the opportunity, I would encourage you to sign the party's petition and help them meet the 5% threshold.  The more voices that are heard, the better.
