Don Carcieri Nominates Paul Suttell as Chief Justice

     Governor Don Carcieri has nominated Justice Paul Suttell as the next Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.  He is expected to be confirmed easily.  Now we have another question: Who will Don Carcieri nominate for Suttell's spot on the Court?  Let the rumors and speculation begin!
