David Cicilline Plays the Blame Game

It looks like David Cicilline is trying to blame everyone for Robert Ceprano's lawsuit except himself.  He makes it look like there's a conspiracy against him.  Here is his opinion of Ceprano's lawsuit:

"I don't think that there is any question that there is an effort by political enemies of mine to advance this totally false claim," Cicilline said Thursday on John DePetro's morning show on WPRO630.

David Cicilline likes to talk about his "enemies" advancing this false claim.  I'm just wondering how this would work, since David Cicilline is the one who fired Robert Ceprano after 6 years!  If his performance was so bad, then why wasn't he fired sooner?  Is it because of his brother John Cicilline's bad check for $75,000?  Could it be because Robert Ceprano objected to waiving interest and fees on certain individuals who happened to be frequent donors to David Cicilline's campaign?  For those of you who forget, we have Richard Bready, in addition to 5 other individuals.

David Cicilline can blame Buddy Cianci, Artin Coloian, and Robert Ceprano for his problems, but in the end, it all comes back to him.
