Rhode Island General Treasurer Frank Caprio has maintained a demanding fundraising lead..  During the first quarter, Caprio raised $246,000, Patrick Lynch raised $136,000, and Elizabeth Roberts raised $88,000.  Frank Caprio now has $1.1 million in his campaign account, Patrick Lynch has $483,000, and Elizabeth Roberts has $199,000. 

     I wonder what Patrick Lynch and Elizabeth Roberts think about their fundraising disadvantage?  It tells me Frank Caprio has a better organization and more support in the Democratic Party than either of them.  There's no doubt Caprio is the person to beat in the Democratic primary.
