The big story in Rhode Island is how the State will deal with the budget deficit for the current fiscal year.  Democrats, Republicans, and the press will all offer their own interpretation.  Instead of relying on the filtered information provided by others, you should draw your own conclusions straight from the source.  I have placed a link to Governor Carcieri's bill below.  Even if you don't have the time or desire to read the entire bill, I would encourage you to save the file and refer to it in the coming weeks.  It will give you a clear picture of what is being argued without having to rely on the biases of others.  Enjoy!
