Here's Some Good News: Oil Trading at $46 Per Barrel

There's bad news all around.  The unemployment rate is rising, taxes might be raised, we're in a recession, there's a credit crisis, and the Dow is more than 5,000 points off its all-time high.  With all that bad news, I figured I would post some good news.  Yesterday, oil  traded as low as $46.82 per barrel, which is the lowest it has been in more than 3 years.  It wasn't too long ago that it was $147 per barrel.  So, next time you're reading about all the bad news, just think how much worse things could have been if energy prices had continued rising.  During times like these, we need all the good news we can get.
