Barack Obama discussed a plan to create jobs which focuses on rebuilding roads and bridges, building or renovating schools, creating vehicles which are more fuel efficient, and focusing on green technology which will make us less dependent on foreign oil.  This announcement didn't come as a surprise.  I'm looking forward to hearing more details about which projects will be chosen and the final price tag.  I'm guessing that we'll just borrow more money to fund the improvements and pay little attention to the ballooning National Debt.  It looks like everything will "change" under an Obama administration, except of course the growing deficits we've been experiencing.  In that respect, it looks like Barack Obama and George Bush are on the same page.
