The McCain campaign has filed a federal suit because several counties in Virginia failed to mail ballots to members of the military serving overseas in a timely manner.  If the campaign is successful, it would give these voters an additional ten days for their ballots to arrive in the mail.  The case will be heard today at 1:30 pm.
