Hugo Chavez Wants to Hold Talks With Barack Obama

     Hugo Chavez is predicting Barack Obama will win the Presidency, and if he does, the Venezuelan leader wants to meet with him.  I wonder what they would talk about?  Maybe Karl Marx's Commnist Manifesto.  By the way, check out the article below.  I wonder if Chavez even knows his name!
