Will Rahm Emanuel Be Barack Obama's Chief of Staff? Not So Fast...

It appears Barack Obama's campaign is starting to approach individuals to work in his Presidential administration.  The campaign is reportedly considering Illinois Representative Rahm Emanuel for Chief of Staff.  Being offered a position of that magnitude is certainly an honor, but if I were Rahm Emanuel, I wouldn't plan on leaving the House.  The last time I checked, the polls were rather eratic, and many of them have shown the race tightening to a difference of just 2 or 3 points.  Throw in the Bradley Effect, and I think we are going to see a very close election.  I don't expect to hear any concession speeches on election night, so talk about who is going to work in the next administration is rather premature.
