John McCain appeared on Meet the Press this morning and guaranteed victory.  That may raise som eye-brows, but take a look at this quote from John Zogby:


"Things are trending back for McCain. His numbers are rising and Obama's are dropping on a daily basis. There seems to be a direct correlation between this and McCain talking about the economy."


     In seperate polls by Reuters, Barack Obama's lead has dropped from a high of 12 points to 5 points with a margin of error of 2.9 points.  With a tendency for Republican candidates to sometimes poll lower in Presidential races, and the race tightening, there's a good chance McCain's prediction will be right on the money.
