Illegal Immigration: Janitorial Contractor Pleads Guilty

Vincent D'Elia, the owner of Falcon Mainenance, will plead guilty to hiring undocumented workers illegal aliens.  In return, the government agrees not to prosecute him for evading FICA taxes.  He will face up to 6 months in prison and a fine of up to $3,000 per worker.  Hopefully, we will hear about a similar punshment for the owner of Tristate, the other janitorial company who was implicated in the immigration raid.

On a slightly unrelated note, if you read the link below, do you notice how illegal aliens are referred to as "undocumented workers"?  What happened to calling them illegal aliens?  Have we come to the point where we are afraid to offend those who trespass in our country and break our laws?

Why do we need to be politically correct to Criminal's now? Legal Non-Citizens have a Govt issued ID known as an ALIEN REGISTRATION RECEIPT CARD aka green card. If they are here illegally, then I would assume that they would and should be called ILLEGAL ALIENS. Enough said.
