Republicans criticized Barack Obama's lack of experience, and he and his supporters said he was qualified to lead.  Now, Democrats are criticizing Sarah Palin's lack of experience, and question her ability to lead the country if she needed to take over for John McCain.  I don't think Obama or Palin are qualified to be president, but there's a big difference between the two tickets.  If McCain and Palin win, there's a chance that you might wind up having a person who isn't qualified become president, but if Obama and Biden win, you will definitely end up having a president who is inexperienced and unqualified.  As someone who liked both Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee, I have trouble getting excited about the McCain/Palin ticket, but it's an easy choice when the competition is Obama and Biden.
